Tanzania Classic Safari – 9 Days

DAY 1. ARUSHA

Welcome to Tanzania! Meet our driver guide at the airport who will assist you with your bags as we begin our 9-day Tanzania safari. We will then travel to the hotel to check in. If you arrive early in the morning, we can go on a wildlife drive in Arusha National Park, then have supper and stay the night at your hotel.

DAY 2. TRANSFER TO TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK

This day of your 9-day Tanzania safari will begin with an early breakfast before heading to Tarangire National Park, which is around a 2-hour journey depending on city traffic. We will arrive late in the morning and go on a game drive to our lodge to see the beautiful scenery. As they say, Tanzania will never let you down. You will forget about the welcome enroute game drive to the country of Africa in the afternoon, so it is critical that you concentrate throughout this game drive.

DAY 3. FULL DAY IN TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK

Following breakfast, you will embark on a full-day safari in Tarangire National Park. You’ll take your packed lunch with you and eat it while watching the wildlife in the forest. Look out for elephants, buffaloes, lions, and the uncommon, massive Baobab tree that can only be seen in this National Park. Dinner and a night in

DAY 4. TRANSFER TO NGORONGORO CONSERVATION AREA

Transfer from Tarangire to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area after breakfast. When you arrive, have a look around the crate area and see what kind of creatures you can find. After lunch, you’ll go on an afternoon game drive. Overnight and dinner

DAY 5. NGORONGORO CRATER TOUR

You will begin your day with breakfast before embarking on a full-day trip of the Ngorongoro crater area. It’s always impossible to put into words how beautiful this caldera is, therefore a visit is well worth it. The crater area is home to a variety of animals, including great predators such as lions and leopards. Elephants, buffaloes, and a variety of bird species are among the park’s other inhabitants. DAY 6. TRANSFER TO SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK

After a hearty breakfast, we travel Ngorongoro via the Olduvai Gorge for the final leg of our 9-day Tanzania safari, arriving late in the afternoon at your Serengeti National Park lodge. After lunch, go on a wildlife drive in the afternoon to get a taste of an African safari. Return for dinner and a night’s sleep.

DAY 7. FULL DAY GAME DRIVE AND SERENGETI EXPLORATION

After a full breakfast, you will go with your packed lunch for a full day game drive in Serengeti National Park, one of the most popular game reserves in the country. The park is well-known for its annual wildebeest migration from Kenya’s Masai Mara game reserve. Aside from wildebeests, the park is home to a variety of other creatures, including lions, elephants, buffaloes, leopards, cheetahs, impalas, kobs, and giraffes. You’ll spend the entire day touring the park and eating your lunch in the middle of nowhere. In the evening, retire to your lodge for refreshments, dinner, and overnight.

DAY 8. FULL DAY SERENGETI SAFARI

The park has over 200,000 Zebras and over 300,000 Thamson’s Gazelle that migrates annually around May, June, July, November, and December. Other game include Hyenas, Impala, African wild dogs, Serval cats leopards, Buffalos, Elephants, Giraffe, and other wildlife. dinner and stay the night

DAY 9. GAME DRIVE AND TRANSFER BACK TO ARUSHA (DEPARTURE)

After a morning breakfast, proceed on a game drive to catch the early risers and also look for animals that were missed on the previous game drive, and then transfer back to Arusha town for an overnight stay or to the airport for your departure flight to your next destination.
